The Form must be printed, completed and dropped off in person at LaSalle Police Service HQ 5950 Malden Rd. LaSalle, Ontario. Valid Photo Identification to be produced at time of request. $5.00 cash fee applies.

Ride Along Application
Ride Along applications must be completed, signed and dropped off at the LaSalle Police Service HQ. All applicants must be at least 16 years of age and consent to a Police Clearance.
